Ben starts at Coleg Elidyr

８月２５日にBenはイギリスのウエールズ地方にある障害者専用カレジColeg Elidyrの寮に入りました。親と離れて暮らすのは大変なことですがBenは相変わらず頑張っています。

Ben began his new life as a college student at Coleg Elidyr on Saturday 25th August 2007.
The college seems to have done a very thorough job in putting together an excellent support team, and he's been given one of the best rooms in the college.
The first week was hard for him and his parents; it was the first time he'd been away from them for more than one night since his accident in July 1995. But Ben seems to be settling in pretty well, all things considered.
Mum and Dad will be going to see him on the weekend of September 22nd and 23rd, but he won't be back home until the first holiday from October 20th to November 3rd.

Ben with two other 'co-workers' and another student who all live in the same house. The co-workers , Jenny and Suzanne, are both from Colombia. The student, Jim, is British.
